Online Shopping Help


Online Orders
Online ordering is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Please include your telephone number, e-mail or fax number to allow our sales staff to contact you if there should be any concerns regarding your online order. Order received Monday through Friday prior to 2 p.m. CET will be processed the same day. The online order form automatically calculates shipping fees (depending on the country the ordered items will be delivered to) and taxes (if applicable). As soon as your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation summary with the purchase details.

How to Order
To buy items, add them to the Shopping Cart first. To add items to the Shopping Cart, locate the product(s) you want to buy (either via our Device Search tool or by browsing our catalogue). On the product detail page, click on the "Add to Cart" button located on the top right of the page. This will show the Shopping Cart's updated contents. Repeat the process until the Shopping Cart contains all the products you wish to buy. On the Shopping Cart page you have the possibility to change quantities and/or delete items. When you're done, click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button on the Shopping Cart page, and you will be prompted for your billing and shipping data.

Fax Ordering
You can additionally order through fax. Fill out the online order form; instead of submitting it online, just print it and fax it to our sales offices at +39 0434 639 021.

Shipping Rates
We ship items worldwide via UPS Express Courier. Average shipping time is 2-3 working days. Shipping charges are automatically calculated by the online order form. Shipping charges vary from country to country, and they will be shown at the moment of checkout.

Customs
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Italy. Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped.

Tracking
You can track your shipment from the shipper site (UPS website: http://www.ups.com). Just select your country and choose the tracking option. You will be prompted for the shipment tracking number. You can find this number at the bottom of the confirmation e-mail message sent to you at the time of shipment.

Returns
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any of the ordered items for a full refund. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased directly from our Online Store.
